The S10 offers a wide range of speciality coffees – from espresso to caffè latte, precisely ground thanks to the P.A.G.2+ with aroma control. It prepares both hot classics and cold-extracted specialities to the same expert standard. To do this, it uses two different methods: under high pressure and at pulsating intervals, a fruity Cold Brew is produced in around two minutes using the espresso method, while the Intense Cold Brew process creates an exceptional aromatic depth drop by drop. Intense Cold Brew therefore achieves a particularly authentic flavour profile. Light Brew extends the range, while Sweet Foam rounds it off with subtly sweetened coffee moments.

Be it caffè latte or cappuccino, the S10 prepares speciality coffees with milk or milk foam simply at the touch of a button. The professional fine foam frother creates the characteristically fine milk foam, while the Hot Milk function serves up Sweet Foam specialities at the perfect temperature. When the user switches between two types of milk, the Milk Assistant discreetly prompts them to rinse the milk system to prevent the different types from mixing. This is ideal where both animal milk and plant-based drinks are enjoyed. The automatic milk system cleaning function makes maintenance even easier and rounds off the enjoyment of latte creations.

The S10 is very easy to use. The responsive 4.3” touch display offers clear and intuitive navigation – complemented by the Coffee Eye, which automatically recognises the cup position under the coffee spout. Personal profiles create a customised coffee experience for up to four people, while Easy Mode makes individual adjustments effortless. The Coffee Timer* ensures that your favourite coffee is freshly ground and ready at exactly the right time. For added ease of use, the Quality Assistant provides clear guidance for maintenance.
