JURA has perfected the complete brewing process for short speciality coffees. That's why the F9 prepares these beverages to the high standard you would expect in a coffee bar. The multi-level Aroma^G3 grinder ensures that the coffee is optimally ground. It always grinds the beans fresh, quickly yet gently to preserve the aroma. The variable brewing unit has a capacity of 5 to 16 grams and ensures the ideal brewing conditions at all times. The pulse extraction process (P.E.P. ^®) developed by JURA optimises the extraction time. To make a ristretto or espresso, it forces the hot water through the ground coffee at short intervals. This process allows the flavours of the coffee to fully develop. With eight intensity levels, coffee lovers can customise their coffee just the way they like it.

An espresso with P.E.P.^® for extra energy in the morning, a latte macchiato for a quiet moment of pleasure or a flat white, the latest trendy beverage. With 14 different specialities, the F9 produces great coffee for every taste. With eight aroma levels, you can set the machine to your very own taste. Separate spouts for coffee, milk and hot water maintain absolute, TÜV-certified hygiene.

The modern TFT technology available from JURA makes preparing speciality coffees incredibly simple. Simply turn the Rotary Switch and a list of speciality coffees appears on the 2.8" display. A touch of a button is all it takes for your coffee dreams
to become reality. Four favourites can be individually programmed on the start screen.

The height-adjustable dual spout, which can range from 65 to 111 mm high on a continuous scale, features state-of-the-art fine foam technology. It creates airy, feather-light milk foam with an exceptionally high-quality consistency for the perfect cappuccino or latte macchiato, and is a breeze to dismantle and clean. Two separate pipe systems for coffee and milk guarantee perfect results and hygiene.
