WiFi Connect only supports the 2.4 GHz frequency band (b/g/n), not the 5 GHz frequency band..
WiFi Connect only supports channels 1–11. Channels 12, 13 and 14 are not supported.

Solution
Contact your network administrator to enable the 2.4 GHz frequency band in your network.

Go to the WiFi settings on your smartphone and delete the “JURA_...” network. Start the setup process again.

The PIN does not contain 6 digits or has not been entered correctly.

Solution
Check that the PIN contains 6 digits and that both PIN entries are identical.

Setup has worked correctly, but the coffee machine has not been located quickly enough in the network.

Solution
Look for your coffee machine in the “Connection” menu. If you can see it, you are in the right network.
