Niederbuchsiten, September 2026 – With the S-Line, JURA combines the best of the compact class with elements from the premium segment. The new S10 marks another milestone in this premium mid-segment. The automatic coffee machine combines four worlds of indulgence, 45 specialities and innovative convenience features in a compact format. A particular highlight is the new Intense Cold Brew: an additional extraction process developed by JURA opens up a previously unattained dimension of cold coffee enjoyment – with a deep, rich aroma that is both intense and invigorating.

With the S10, JURA presents the new flagship model in its successful S line. It combines high-quality materials, intuitive operation and an exceptional variety of specialities in a compact design just 27 centimetres wide. The high-quality details made from solid die-cast zinc, clearly defined lines and a sculptural design give it the confident appearance of a premium product.

Four worlds of indulgence to suit every taste
The S10 combines four worlds of indulgence in a single machine, opening up a wide range of possibilities for enjoying coffee tailored to your personal taste. As well as Hot Brew, it offers Light Brew, Cold Brew and specialities with Sweet Foam. There are a total of 45 specialities to choose from. Four individual user profiles allow you to save your personal preferences and ensure that your favourite speciality is always just a tap away.

Intense Cold Brew: a new method of cold coffee extraction
With the Intense Cold Brew, JURA is redefining the cold coffee experience. At its heart lies a specially developed extraction process that adds a whole new dimension to the Cold Brew world of indulgence. Whilst traditional Cold Brew is prized for its freshness and lightness, the Intense Cold Brew focuses on the development of intense flavours. To achieve this, water is passed through the ground coffee particularly slowly under high pressure. Drop by drop, a speciality emerges with exceptional aromatic depth and harmonious richness. It takes around 15 minutes to prepare 100 ml of Intense Cold Brew coffee. The result is a refreshing coffee with a distinctive intensity and a higher caffeine content than JURA’s well-known Cold Brew. This speciality is therefore not only recommended as a treat, but also as a delicious energy boost for everyday life.

Precision and intelligent support
To ensure optimum coffee quality, the S10 features the P.A.G.2+ precision grinder with aroma control. This monitors and supports the perfect adjustment to the chosen speciality. The technology is complemented by the Coffee Eye, which automatically detects the position of the cup and displays instructions on the screen showing the correct cup position for preparation. Lovers of coffee specialities made with milk will also find plenty to enjoy. The professional fine foam frother prepares milk and milk foam in perfect consistency. The new Milk Assistant makes it easier to switch between different types of milk and reminds you to rinse the milk system when necessary. In this way, JURA is also responding to the growing demand for plant-based milk alternatives.

Convenience reimagined
The S10 is operated via a responsive 4.3-inch touchscreen with a new user interface. Features such as Easy Mode, Quality Assistant and personalised user profiles make the device particularly intuitive and user-friendly to operate. When used in conjunction with the J.O.E. app, Coffee Timer even allows you to plan the preparation of speciality coffees in advance.
