Ingredients (for 1 person)

  • 20 ml espresso
  • 1 scoop coconut ice cream

Preparation

  • Put a scoop of coconut ice cream in an espresso glass.
  • Place the espresso glass under the coffee spout and prepare an espresso into the glass.

Tip

  • Decorate the espresso with a little toasted grated coconut. 
  • Choose coffee strength 5 out of 10 to really bring out the flavour of fine coconut.
